BRANDED (2008)

BRANDED took place at Render, now the University of Waterloo Art Gallery, (Waterloo, Canada) in 2008. 

The wall-text installation was composed of taglines from universities and corporations that were organized by key recurring words: World, Think, Spirit, Life, Inspiration, Innovation, and Excellence. Branded napkins were distributed at food court outlets on campus during the exhibition period and a publication was produced for the exhibition also entitled Branded (2008, 120 pp).

This work was a precursor to Inspiring, another wall-text work which focuses on the marketing of University slogans.
