SUV Series (2002)

SUV Series is a series of lithograph prints which compiles selected promotional lines taken from SUV ads in newspapers and magazines. This work was developed out of the research for Totalled (Carleton University Art Gallery, 2004) where the promotional lines were installed as murals on the gallery walls. 

SUV Series is part of Busby's body of work on car culture which includes Testdrive (2002), Totalled (2004), PARKING GOTTINGEN STREET (2011), DRIVE IT LIKE YOU STOLE IT (2011), PARKING (2019) and PARKED (2024).
