WE CALL UCC (2018)
WE CALL is a multi-iteration wall-text work focusing on the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada's (TRC) 94 Calls to Action, released in June 2015.
For this site-specific iteration at the Upper Canada College in Toronto, I worked collaboratively with the students and teachers to develop a set of community endorsed response to the TRC's Calls. WE CALL was funded by BC Arts Council and the Canada Council. In 2017, two versions of this work were produced at Simon Fraser University's Teck Gallery (2017-2018), and the Gitxsan Wet'suwet'en Education Society (GWES), in Hazelton.
